This page constitutes the Privacy Policy for the mobile application "CHILDMANAGER" (hereinafter referred to as the Application).

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data if anyone decided to use the Application.

If you choose to use the Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Data that we collect is used for providing and improving the Application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We greatly respect your privacy, which is why we make every effort to provide a platform that would live up to the highest of user privacy standards. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, so you can fully understand our practices in relation to Personal Data. "Personal Data" means any information that can be used, alone or together with other data, to uniquely identify any living human being. Please note that this is a master privacy policy and some of its provisions only apply to individuals in certain jurisdictions. For example, the legal basis in the table below is only relevant for GDPR-protected individuals.

Information Collection and Use (Personal Data)

User account. While creating an account you have to provide basic information such as e-mail address, password, your name and name of your child.

You can modify data assigned to your account at any time using the options available after logging in to your account.

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data included in your account is the performance of the contract on maintaining user's account, which is concluded with us on the basis of the application's license agreement. The data is processed in order for you to use the Application.

Personal Data included in your account is processed for the period of your account activity, that is, for the duration of the contract on maintaining user's account referred to above. You can delete your account at any time, which will also result in the removal of your Personal Data from the database.

In connection with the use of the Application, you can receive e-mails from us such as password reset e-mails, welcome message, farewell message, message thanking you for purchasing a premium account or a message asking you to rate the Application.

Using the Application. While using the Application, it is assumed that you will add tasks and prizes for your child. In this case, the data will be processed only in the scope of their storage on servers, on the basis of which the application functions. The data will be processed as a consequence of the application use. If you want to remove some of the information you can just delete them from the Application. The information you add when using the Application can also be used to create anonymous statistics, reports or analyses. Details are described below in the "statistics" section

Statistics. We may use your information provided in your user account and entered during the use of the Application to create anonymous statistics, reports and analyses. We emphasize that all such statistics, reports and analyses will always be completely anonymous and will not allow your identification, even if they are available publicly or to the third parties. At any time, you can object to the use of information collected from the Application. In order to do this, contact us at childmanagerapp@gmail.com

Payment. If you make payments associated with the use of the Application, you do so via GooglePlay. We do not process your Personal Data; in this regard you should look for any information related to the protection of payment data in the privacy policies of GooglePlay and AppStore.

Contact through e-mail. By contacting us through e-mail, you provide us with your e-mail address which shall be associated with the sender. Moreover, the following information will be automatically added to the message: the model and the manufacturer of your phone, operating system version and release, used language, User ID generated by the Application, the configuration of the Application while using it. In the message you can include other personal information. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.

Your Personal Data provided as part of an e-mail is processed only to respond to your inquiry. The content of the correspondence may be archived.

Push notifications. We can use push notification to inform you about updates and what's new regarding the Application. You can manage notification settings on your mobile device.

Third party data usage. The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These are Google Play Services, AppStoreServices and Google Firebase Services (Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Crash Reporting).

How we share your Personal Data

We may share your information as follows:

to the extent necessary, with regulators, to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental agencies or if required to do so by court order;

if, in the future, we sell or transfer some or all of our business or assets to a third party, we will (to the minimum extent required) disclose information to a potential or actual third party purchaser of our business or assets. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Data in connection with the foregoing events.

where you have provided your consent to us sharing the Personal Data (e.g., where you provide us with marketing consents or opt-in to optional additional services or functionality); and

where we transfer your Personal Data outside we will do so in accordance with the applicable law while we will obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Data.

where we receive requests for Personal Data from law enforcement or regulators, we carefully validate these requests before any Personal Data is disclosed.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To provide technical and customer support of the Application;

To promote the Application on our behalf;

To perform App-related services;

To assist us in analysing how the Application is used.

We want to inform users of the Application that these third parties may have access to your Personal Data. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Use of External Analytics Tools

We use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect data about the use of the Application. Analytics tools collect data such as on how often users visit the Application, what pages they visit when they do so and what website they directly came from to the Application. We use the data we get from these tools to maintain and improve the Application and our other products.

Use of anonymous information

We may use Anonymous Information (as defined below) or disclose it to third party service providers in order to improve the Application and enhance your experience with it. We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners. "Anonymous Information" means information which does not enable identification of an individual user, such as aggregated information about the use of the Application.

User rights

The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations), shall apply to certain individuals (some of which only apply to individuals protected by the GDPR in certain circumstances):

You have a right to access information held about you. Your right of access is normally being exercised free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge an appropriate administrative fee where permitted by applicable law;

You have the right to request that we amend any Personal Data we hold that it is inaccurate or misleading.

You have the right to request the erasure of the Personal Data that relates to you. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are required to retain your data, for example for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

The right to object to or to request restriction of the processing. However, there may be circumstances in which we are legally entitled to refuse your request;

The right to data portability. This means that you may have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and that you have the right to transmit that data to another controller;

You have the right to object to profiling;

You have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (i.e., your place of habitual residence, place or work or place of alleged infringement) at any time. We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us before you contact your local supervisory authority

The right to withdraw your consent. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are entitled to continue processing your data, in particular if the processing is required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Subject to legal and other permissible considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request promptly or inform you if we require further information in order to fulfil your request. When processing your request, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before disclosing the Personal Data requested to you. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law, for instance if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

In the event that your request would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others (for example, would impact the duty of confidentiality we owe to others) or if we are legally entitled to deal with your request in a different way than initial requested, we will address your request to the maximum extent possible, all in accordance with applicable law.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use the Application, in a case of an error in the Application we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Application while using it, the time and date of your use of the Application, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The Application does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the Application may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Application.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

The Application may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

The Application involves its sharing by a parent and a child, but it does not imply the independent use and provision of personal data by children under 13.

Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
